Interest-Free Loan Fund 

This Interest-Free Loan Fund was established in 2007 by the Jerome G. and Annette S. Zimmerman Foundation to help educate the next generation of students pursuing undergraduate study. Applicants must have permanent residency within a 200-mile radius of Baltimore, Maryland.  

Interest-free loans of up to $10,000 per academic year are available. Actual amounts are determined by the selection committee. The maximum cumulative amount for any individual student is $40,000.  Applicants must be full time undergraduate students in good academic standing, must attend an accredited U.S. college or university and must meet CSB’s income criteria.

Application Process: Supporting Documents must be submitted by no later than May 31, 2009 and any postmarked after this deadline will not be considered.  Incomplete application packages will not be considered. Early application is encouraged.

Finalists will be contacted by email.  This is a competitive program. Applicants will be evaluated and selected based on a combination of academic excellence, community service and financial need.

 All decisions of Central Scholarship Bureau and the Scholarship Committee are final.
