Founded in Baltimore in 1924, Central Scholarship Bureau (CSB) helps students in Maryland realize their academic and professional goals through interest-free loans and grants to attend accredited institutions within the United States. Providing access to higher education is the cornerstone of CSB’s philosophy. At CSB, students find the money they need (up to $10,000 a year) for their education. All CSB funding and services are provided free of charge.
